The case of Jayakrishnan Krishna Nair and his mother Omana Thankamma is more than a legal dispute over guardianship or a homeowners’ association or a neighborhood conflict.

It is an international alert about how legal instruments can be twisted in bad faith, especially when applied to immigrants, the elderly, women, and ethnic minorities.

É um alerta internacional sobre como instrumentos legais podem ser deturpados por má-fé, especialmente quando aplicados a imigrantes, idosos, mulheres e minorias étnicas.

Trata-se de uma forma moderna de confisco ilegal por meios judiciais corrompidos, que precisa ser denunciada, anulada e reparada com urgência, sob pena de se tornar um precedente perigoso de normalização da injustiça.

Há 249 anos atrás o povo norte-americano conquistou sua independência ao custo da vida e coragem de milhares de cidadãos,  após batalhas acirradas contra um inimigo muito mais forte e bem armado.

A bravura e ousadia do povo norte-americano inspirou os franceses que, há 236 anos atrás derrubou a temida BASTILHA, no dia 14 de julho, que se comemora hoje.

Há 80 anos a intervenção dos Estados Unidos junto com os aliados foi determinante para a queda do III REICH e o fim do Holocausto - onde mais de 6 milhões de judeus foram exterminados nos campos de concentração.

Os brados  de LIBERDADE IGUALDADE e FRATERIDADE ecoaram pelo mundo, e mudaram a face da terra, a partir do esforço e do sacrifício dos pais fundadores e dos antepassados dos norte-americanos.

Que esta bravura, honradez,  determinação e sacrifício de milhões de pessoas de lutarem pelos seus direitos humanos e pela JUSTIÇA igual para todos não tenham sido em vão. 

Que nesta data solene, a voz dos oprimidos novamente se levante, e seja ouvida pela sociedade e nos TRIBUNAIS,  em uníssono, pacificamente mas com coragem, determinação e resiliência.

Unam-se , e mudem este sistema corrompido que ameaças todas as conquistas dos últimos 300 anos.

Não pela forças das  armas de fogo, ou dá violência de qualquer natureza, mas através das vozes dos VALOROSOS ADVOGADOS da IGREJA DOS JARDINS e de todos aqueles que não se calam diante da injustiça e da corrupção, seja qual for a nacionalidade, raça,  credo ou partido politico, genero, idade, classe social.

Irmãos Jesus não veio trazer a doutrina da covardia e da injustiça.

JESUS condenou os fariseus hipócritas, ele pegou do chicote e expulsou os vendilhões do templo. 

Seguir a Cristo é cumprir as leis que ele nos deixou
