“COME TO FLORIDA (THE FREEDOM STATE)”: KRSTAFER PINKERTON DENOUNCES THE “TRAPS” OF “GATED COMMUNITIES” THAT ATTRACT OLDER PEOPLE WITH ILLUSORY PROMISES AND CAPTURE THEM IN THEIR WEBS OF WIDESPREAD CORRUPTION

COME TO FLORIDA, THE FREEDOM STATE

By Krstafer Pinkerton

(Subtitles in any language)

And that is why I learned to live with politicians: in pursuit of our vote, they sell us programs that they already know they will not fulfill; they lie to us with all the truth they know how to imprint upon a speech in which, deep down, none of us—beginning with them—believes. It is the theater of truth.” Francisco Seixas da Costa — Portugal Ambassador — JN, December 11, 2019

INTRODUCTION

This new song by Krstafer Pinkerton is an extremely important warning that goes beyond the borders of the State of Florida and the United States and raises an uncomfortable question about the lingering taint of FEUDALISM, when the nobility and landowners were lords with absolute and unlimited powers over the life, liberty, property, family, and the entire product of the labor of their vassals.

It took humanity millennia to evolve until the HUMAN BEING became the center of constitutional, democratic states governed by the RULE OF LAW.

The United States Declaration of Independence was the first document to enshrine HUMAN DIGNITY as the primary objective of the STATE and to declare that Power belongs to the PEOPLE, after the end of the war.

The United States Declaration of Independence proclaimed that all men are created equal, possess unalienable rights, and that governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed.”

However, the illusions of “sunny beaches,” supposed security and other conveniences, and the false promises made by the administrators of “gated communities” and homeowners’ associations conceal a truth that Krstafer Pinkerton’s song magnificently denounces.

The use of the vibrant energy of country music and traditional jazz, combined with lyrics that unmask the truth of the facts, is a brilliant strategy.

Public awareness and the accountability of the political actors involved are absolutely necessary so that the national territory may be recovered from the hands of the “PARALLEL STATE” created by the “mafias” of “gated communities” and “homeowners’ associations” in the United States, and by the false condominiums in Brazil.

The current situation is crystal clear:

Where the power of the STATE has been replaced by the PARALLEL STATE, citizens lose all their rights because they become SLAVES to the “new” feudal lords.

In the long term, democracy is overthrown, precisely following the communist model and fulfilling the threats of those who brought down the Twin Towers on September 11, 2001, twenty-five years ago.

PERSECUTION AGAINST ATTORNEYS AND PRO SE LITIGANTS

It is very difficult to find a lawyer willing to defend a case without receiving a single cent and also assume the risk of losing his professional license for having fulfilled his Christian mission and the oath he took to defend the Rule of Law, promote the disclosure of the truth of the facts, demand compliance with the Constitution and state and federal rules, and publicly denounce the corruption that reigns in the Courts of Justice—whether in the United States, Brazil, or any country where POLITICIANS, JUDGES, and other PUBLIC SERVANTS seem to believe that they are the “reincarnation” of the SUN KING—LOUIS XIV: “I AM THE STATE.”

What happens when the systems we rely upon to determine truth no longer function in a way that clearly reflects it?

SCOTT ERIK STAFNE

For many people, that question no longer requires argument. It is experienced.

Something is wrong.

That perception is not limited to one issue. Some see it in war. Others in economic systems. Others in the courts. Still others in the way information is distributed and filtered. There is no universal agreement about where the problem lies, and I do not assume that my own conclusions about its source are shared by all.

But there is a growing sense that something is not working as it should.

The question is what follows from that realization.

Most of us have been formed to rely on systems to answer that question for us. Courts are expected to determine justice. Governments determine policy. Police are supposed to enforce laws. Media presumes to dertermine for us what is worth seeing. Increasingly, even artificial intelligence systems are asked to interpret reality for us.

But what if those systems do not consistently perform those functions?

The work I have been engaged in suggests that when that occurs, something shifts. Not by choice, but by necessity. The responsibility for discernment returns to the individual.

That is not a new idea. It is reflected in Scripture and in the structure of constitutional government. But it is one that is often avoided because of what it requires.

Discernment is not simply recognizing that something is wrong. It requires a way of thinking through what is being presented.

In working through these questions during the Easter season of 2026, a few practical principles have emerged. They are not offered as rules, but as observations that may help guide the process:

First, discernment tends to become necessary when there is a gap between what a system claims to do and what it actually does.

Second, it requires distinguishing between appearance and reality—between formal compliance with rules and whether those rules are actually serving their intended purpose.

Third, it depends on fidelity to the record. That means looking at what is actually said, presented, and decided, rather than relying on summaries or characterizations.

Fourth, it requires recognizing the difference between policy and adjudication. Not every decision is simply a matter of weighing interests; some require determining what is true based on evidence.

Finally, discernment carries responsibility. Once a person sees something, even imperfectly, the question becomes not just what is true, but how to respond to it.

These principles do not resolve every situation. They do not eliminate disagreement. But they provide a way to begin.

In my own work, I have focused on whether courts are consistently performing the function assigned to them—to adjudicate disputes by determining facts and applying law. That has led me to conclude that in some instances they do not. Others may disagree, or may view other issues as more urgent.

That is not a problem. It is the condition under which discernment must occur.

What matters is not that we all reach the same conclusion. What matters is that we do not abandon the responsibility to think, to observe, and to respond.

Not everyone is called to act in the same way. Some may be called to speak. Others to write. Others to assist quietly. Others to refrain.

But none of those responses can be made responsibly without discernment.

The purpose of this article is not to persuade you of a particular conclusion about the world. It is to propose a framework for thinking about how to respond when you perceive that something is wrong.

I would be interested in your thoughts:

When do you believe discernment becomes necessary?

How do you determine whether you are seeing something clearly?

And how do you decide what you are called to do in response?

These are not questions that can be answered for us. But they may be the most important ones we face.

🙏 Closing Prayer

A Prayer for Discernment

Lord,

We live in a time when many things compete for our attention,
and not all of them lead us toward truth.

Give us eyes to see clearly,
and ears to hear what is real, not merely what is said.

Help us to distinguish between appearance and substance,
between what is claimed and what is true.

Where we are uncertain, grant us patience.
Where we are mistaken, grant us humility.
Where we see clearly, grant us courage.

Teach us not only to discern,
but to act in accordance with what we have been shown,
with love for our neighbors and fidelity to what is right.

And remind us that discernment is not a burden to fear,
but a calling to live truthfully before You.

In the name of Jesus Christ, our Saviour, and Spirit which unites us with our triune God,

Amen.

A Tribute to ROBIN DEVINE :

 The Spine They Never Saw

Lyrics and song by Krstafer Pinkerton

THE SPINE THEY NEVER SAW is an investigative Southern country-gospel song about the courage of one woman who refused to look away.

Robin Devine did not begin with power, money, institutional protection, or a law firm behind her. She began with questions.

She saw records and numbers that did not make sense. She recognized that something inside New Atlantis Club demanded examination. While fear encouraged silence, Robin asked the question that begins every honest investigation:

“What am I looking at?”

Then she carried what she had found to investigative journalist Krstafer Pinkerton.

This song celebrates Robin’s courage to speak when remaining quiet would have been easier. It honors her willingness to question authority, withstand legal pressure, preserve records, and stand openly in her own name. She did not hide behind a title or an attorney. She brought the evidence forward and allowed it to be tested.

That courage became the spine they never saw coming.

The song also examines the documented roles of New Atlantis board officer Roger Penn and association attorney Bennett L. Rabin. In the records explored by this investigation, Penn appears as a board-authority figure while Rabin appears as the attorney who framed and communicated the board’s legal position. The point is not that their distinct roles automatically prove an unlawful agreement. The point is that signatures, meeting statements, legal advice, board authority, and owner-funded decisions can be compared against one another.

Among the matters raised in the underlying record are:

• An April 2025 meeting exchange in which Bennett Rabin clarified that he represented the board, not Resource Property Management.

• Discussions concerning bonding, contract protection, after-the-fact ratification, and whether disputed matters were “membership issues.”

• Proxy Question Five, which changed the material-alteration approval formula from two-thirds of the total membership to two-thirds of the members participating in the vote, provided a quorum was attained.

• An amendment adopted December 12, 2023, but recorded May 21, 2025. The recorded instrument was prepared through Rabin Parker Gurley, transmitted by Bennett Rabin, and carried Roger Penn in its certification and signature chain.

• A recorded $250,000 bank note secured by an assignment of association assessment and lien rights, placing the owners’ payment stream inside the financing structure.

• Financial certifications bearing language that the statements were “true and correct.”

• A sworn account from Thomas R. Greenslade stating that he observed Roger Penn shredding documents in the New Atlantis management office for approximately thirty minutes on March 23, 2026. Greenslade did not see the contents of those documents. His testimony establishes what he says he observed, not that the papers were association records or evidence. Those questions remain for discovery and adjudication.

The reference to The Hammocks is a warning drawn from an adjudicated Florida HOA case. It is not presented as a verdict against Roger Penn. It reminds every association officer that power can feel permanent until residents preserve the evidence, prosecutors act, and a court enters judgment.

“The Spine They Never Saw” refuses both silence and reckless accusation. It does not borrow a verdict that has not been entered. It calls for every meeting, vote, contract, loan, proxy, certification, communication, and shredded document to be examined by the proper authorities.

Above everything else, this is Robin Devine’s song.

She questioned what she saw.
She brought the records forward.
She stood firm when pressure came.
She gave frightened neighbors permission to find their own voices.

Roger Penn may rely upon Bennett Rabin’s legal framing, but Robin stands behind something no attorney can cross-examine out of existence:

The courage to ask.
The courage to document.
The courage to tell.
The courage to stand.

Evidence before allegiance.

 ONE BREATH AT A TIME

ONE BREATH AT A TIME is a song about grief that refused to become indifference.

On August 15, 2017, Tim and Danielle Jenkins lost their only daughter, Alexis “Lexi” Jenkins, following a rented-scooter accident on Maui. One telephone call divided their lives into two parts: every breath they took with Lexi and every breath they have taken without her.

They could have disappeared into their pain. Instead, they learned the legislative process, submitted testimony, organized supporters and carried Lexi’s story through the Hawaii Legislature. Senate Bill 615 became Act 214 in 2021. Part I was formally named “Lexi’s Law.” It strengthened safety requirements for rented mopeds and motor scooters, including helmet protections and fluorescent-orange safety flags.

Lexi’s name became more than a memorial. It became a promise that another inexperienced rider might make it home alive.

Their path later led into the troubled world of Florida condominium governance. There, Tim and Danielle began collecting years of minutes, financial statements, assessments, correspondence, government records and other evidence concerning suspected wrongdoing affecting condominium owners, including vulnerable elderly residents.

Danielle is a natural investigator. She detects the changed date, missing vote, inconsistent number and buried connection that hurried eyes overlook. Her courage, intuition and persistence would have made the original Pinkerton Detective Agency proud. She is a modern-day Kate Warne, the pioneering woman detective who proved that observation, intelligence and courage do not belong exclusively to men.

Tim has remained beside her, carrying records while carrying grief. He has continued pouring more of himself into protecting people he did not know, even while living with the devastating absence of his own daughter.

After consulting with Tim and Danielle, I repeatedly discovered that Danielle and I had been examining related patterns from several states apart, frequently without knowing what the other was pursuing. I would uncover one part of a structure; she had already located the corresponding document. Their resident-level knowledge filled gaps in my cross-state analysis, while my legislative and institutional research supplied context for evidence they had gathered over four years.

The song also recognizes the PTSD and traumatic grief beneath that work. Courage does not mean a person has stopped shaking. Sometimes courage means standing while the heart is still breaking.

Performed as sad, romantic Southern country-gospel rock, ONE BREATH AT A TIME moves through an uneven 11/7 pulse. The rhythm resembles people walking forward while carrying a burden that never becomes evenly distributed. Mournful harmonica, weeping fiddle, acoustic guitar, organ and restrained boot-stomp percussion gradually rise into a gospel prayer.

This is a prayer for Tim and Danielle, for every plaintiff, and for every victim who has sacrificed sleep, health, time and peace while asking institutions to examine the evidence placed before them.

When every claim has been weighed and every ruling entered, may they finally have room to breathe. May justice honor the living, the elderly they tried to protect and the daughter whose light crossed an ocean.

They could not bring their daughter home.

So they fought to bring somebody else’s parent home.

One breath.
One page.
One truth.
At a time.

REMEMBER:

WE CAN’T, BUT WE KNOW A GUY

I CAN’T, BUT I KNOW A GUY

by Krstafer Pinkerton

CAN’T, BUT I KNOW is a Southern country-gospel rock song about strength, humility, and remembering where every good thing truly comes from.

The inspiration appeared in the middle of an ordinary hardware-store aisle.

A laughing man wore a black shirt bearing a cross and a simple declaration: “I can’t… but I know a Guy.”

That shirt preached an entire sermon without a pulpit. It did not celebrate helplessness. It pointed beyond human limitations to Jesus Christ, the One who commands the storm, moves mountains, forgives sin, restores the fallen, and gives us strength for whatever He calls us to do.

I have worked with my hands, endured difficult roads, investigated records, followed evidence, confronted powerful institutions, and stood before a few giants of my own. But every victory carries a spiritual danger: the temptation to believe I accomplished it alone. Pride can quietly take the wheel, and pride often drives fastest just before the crash.

“Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.” — Proverbs 16:18

This song is my prayer that God will keep me humble when people applaud, keep my motives clean when my platform grows, and keep my knees bent when blessings arrive. I never want confidence to harden into arrogance. I never want a title, talent, achievement, or public platform to become a throne. I am dust carrying the breath of God, and every heartbeat is borrowed grace.

Humility does not mean pretending we are worthless, weak, or incapable. It means recognizing the Source of our worth, strength, courage, wisdom, and opportunity. We still lace up our boots. We still answer the call. We still work, investigate, plant, build, speak for the wounded, defend the vulnerable, and stand for truth when powerful people would rather we remain silent. But we do it knowing that we can plant and water while only God can bring the increase.

David carried the sling, but faith brought down the giant. Moses struggled to speak, but God gave power to his voice. Peter stepped onto the water, began to sink, and cried out to the Savior who reached for him. Paul possessed education, determination, and influence, yet counted it all as nothing compared with knowing Jesus Christ.

That is the heart of this song:

I will work like it matters and pray while I try.
I will carry my calling without confusing myself with the One who called me.
I will stand boldly while remaining teachable.
I will accept responsibility without claiming God’s glory.
I cannot do everything, and I was never supposed to.

Jesus said, “Without me ye can do nothing.” — John 15:5

Father, when my name grows louder, let Yours rise higher. When my platform grows wider, keep my heart bowed before the King. When I am tempted to boast about the battles I survived, remind me that You sustained me through every one of them. Give me a strong back, clean hands, a compassionate heart, and a teachable mind.

I cannot move every mountain.
I cannot calm every storm.
I cannot purchase mercy or earn grace.
I cannot save myself, much less become the savior of anyone else.

But thank God, I know a Guy.

If this song speaks to your heart, share it with someone who is carrying more than human strength can bear. May it remind all of us that surrender to Christ is not defeat. It is where genuine strength begins.

THE INCONSTITUCIONAL "ENTANGLEMENT"

Prejudice and Greed: The Roots of False Gated Communities and  the Privatization of Public Spaces in Bahia-Brazil by Roberval Oliveira and Attorney Elaine Cristina Molles ( with english subtitles )

A Bahia North Shore Community Mobilization Film
Advocating for the Right of Free Access to Public Areas

In the Brazilian state of Bahia, some of the worst aspects of Brazil's land history are being repeated. Local governments are colluding in the privatization of beaches and other public lands. Housing subdivisions are transformed overnight into huge gated communities. These gated communities aren´t registered as such. They are what we call here false gated communities.

The result of almost two years of work, the documentary Prejudice and Greed: The Roots of False Gated Communities and the Privatization of Public Spaces in Brazil exposes these illegalities from the perspective of the affected society. The film was independently made, with the participation of key community leaders.
This story is told by activists and citizens, victims of these outrages committed by false gated communities. They have come together to challenge the violation of their rights and expose the illegal practice of appropriation of public land, racism, environmental violations and illicit profiteering. They demand their right to access public space.

Director: Roberval de Oliveira
Pre-production: Francisco Assis Silva
Production, Images and Editing: Leandro Sodré
English Sub-titles: Roberval Oliveira and Betsey Chace

In this video (0:00–9:58), Roberval de Oliveira, a representative of the North Coast Community Mobilization, makes a formal denunciation before the City Council of Camaçari, Bahia, against the illegal occupation of public areas by subdivisions that call themselves “gated communities.”

Main points of the denunciation:

Privatization of public spaces: The speaker argues that subdivisions along the coast are using guardhouses, entrance gates, and barriers to block public roads, preventing access to beaches, rivers, and lagoons (1:30–1:50).

Violation of freedom of movement: Roberval states that only the State has the legitimate authority to restrict access to public roads, characterizing the actions of these subdivisions as unconstitutional (2:15–2:45).

Social impact and human rights: The restrictions directly affect the livelihoods of local fishermen and shellfish gatherers, in addition to promoting, according to the denunciation, segregation and racial discrimination when workers are approached in these areas (3:15–4:20).

Responsibility of the Municipal Government: The complicity of the Municipal Government and agencies such as SEDU, which grant traffic permits that enable these closure structures, is called into question (4:24–4:50).

Legal basis: The speaker relies on Federal Law No. 6,766/79 to distinguish subdivisions from condominiums and cites legal actions brought by the Public Prosecutor’s Office of São Paulo as examples of the fight against the privatization of gated subdivisions (6:03–9:58).

The video points to several environmental consequences caused by the establishment of so-called “false condominiums” along the northern coast of Bahia. Among the main violations cited are:

Obstruction of ecosystems: The construction of fences and walls within mangrove areas prevents natural circulation and restricts the population’s access to natural resources (09:42–09:47).

Degradation of protected areas: The installation of ramps and physical structures within the mangrove ecosystem directly interferes with the dynamics of nature (09:42–09:51).

Privatization of natural resources: Controlling access to beaches, rivers, and lagoons prevents traditional communities, such as fishermen and shellfish gatherers, from using these areas that are vital to their livelihoods (01:39–01:46, 10:27–10:36).

Impact on fauna and flora: The closure of these spaces, which should be public, violates federal environmental regulations by restricting the collective use of large green areas (01:43–01:47, 02:00–02:10).

A conjuntura atual é cristalina :

RESUMO DO VIDEO - PELO AUTOR

O vídeo, intitulado "O vídeo é uma sátira musical intitulada COME TO FLORIDA (THE FREEDOM STATE), que critica a diferença entre o marketing político do governador Ron DeSantis e a realidade vivida pelos cidadãos da Flórida (0:28 - 1:08).

Pontos principais abordados:

What is the importance of the midnight prayer?

The midnight prayer, according to the perspective approached by Bishop Bruno Leonardo in this video (0:01-0:30), possesses strategic and spiritual importance focused on deliverance from anxiety.

The main points highlighted include:

Emptying the heart: The prayer is presented as a moment for the faithful person to empty themselves of all worries and tribulations that overburden daily life (0:09-0:28).

Breaking blockages: The bishop emphasizes that anxiety distances a person from blessings and delays personal progress; therefore, removing it would be a necessary step to prepare the heart to receive victory (0:30-1:45).

Intimacy and spiritual warfare: Performing this practice inside a "prayer room" (3:35-4:00) symbolizes an environment of protection and focus, where the individual directly seeks the Holy Spirit to renew peace of mind and achieve peaceful sleep (7:41-7:51).

For the author, this moment is essential to exchange worry for faith and the confidence that good things will happen, combating even problems such as insomnia (1:30-2:10).

During the prayer led by Bishop Bruno Leonardo, the following biblical passages are cited or referenced:

Matthew 21:22: Cited in the video description, it reinforces the promise:

"And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive."

Matthew 6:6: Implicitly referenced by the bishop when mentioning the moment of entering one's room, closing the door, and praying (3:37 - 3:45):

"But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly."

Matthew 6:9-13: The Lord's Prayer is recited in full by the bishop as part of the closing of the ministration (6:50 - 7:32):

"After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil:

For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen."

Amen
