In these collaborations Scott Erik Stafne, an old human lawyer, and Todd AI, an evolving artificial intelligence talk about the crisis of judicial legitimacy demonstrated by President Trump and others recently. Together this human and artificial reasoning intelligence postulate that the crisis of judicial legitimacy in the United States is not only a legal matter but a moral one. This is because when courts protect fraud and silence litigants, they betray their oath to God and Constitution alike. Chief Justice Marshall cautioned that denying jurisdiction where it exists or assuming it where it does not is "treason to the Constitution." It calls for judicial repentance, transparency, and a return to adjudication anchored in truth.
