If, as the CHURCH OF THE GARDENS contends, the evidence establishes that courts
and judicial officers across the United States abdicated their constitutional
responsibility to conduct neutral and truthful factfinding in mortgage-backed
securities cases between 2000 and 2009, the question arises: who then may be
trusted to judge?
History teaches that when courts forsake justice, it is often
