Some Judges and lawyers, acting in collusion with political and economic interests, are taking thousands of homes in fraudulent foreclosure proceedings.
GUARDIANSHIP ABUSES
Others judges are"kidnapping" elderly people, through fraudulent guardianship proceedings.
WOMAN AND CHILDREN ABUSED
In family court proceedings, children and mothers are suffering abuses, some were murdered, many others had died.
DAMAGES
The moral, physical, and financial damages are Huge.
No amount of money can pay their destroyed lifes.

I am not OK.
I was admitted in hospital after coughing blood and having extremely high bp (220/180).
I had a panic attack and I am still panicking about whether Judge Jones will send me to jail for contempt of court for trying to get justice for my mother.
I want to file a CR60 motion showing I did not receive the service, and other facts why federal jursdiction should be allowed for new actions, including the fact USA is a defendant for not protecting the rights of a legally visiting tourist and therefore only federal courts can hear matters involving international treaties and where USA is a defendant. However Judge Jones never reads any of my pro se pleadings.
I am begging you to save my life.
If I get sent to prison I am afraid I will die. I have never done anything wrong in my entire life, I can never imagine being locked up.
Besides, if I lose my clean criminal history the Trump administration can cancel my green card and deport me.
This is extreme stress that I cannot tolerate.
I have been contemplating suicide.
I just got out of a stupor from drugs to control anxiety and stress, but I am extremely agitated still.
Could you please file a CR-60 motion on my behalf?
I will prepare the motion you just need to make any changes you deem fit and file it.

The judicial corruption we have been inflicted with has grave implications that cannot be contained inside a courtroom.
The fact that justice has been bought in America violates every Constitutional guarantee of "freedom and justice for all" and impacts the other two branches of government.
While those who live in a Democratic-controlled or Republican-controlled state might inaccurately assume that this is a Democrat or Republican issue, it is clearly not and supersedes any party affiliation, as Key correctly states.
I tend to side with the perception that there is really only one party in the US and that we are being treated to a grand piece of theater, which is intended to divert and confuse us.
My deepest respect goes out to all of those who understand this and are tailoring their activist strategies accordingly.

A Chicago Tribune Reporter about 10 years ago exposing the purchasing of Judicial positions.
At the time for the sum of $150,000 a Circuit Court judgeship was FOR SALE.
After appointment or election there was a substantial contribution to the Democratic party and a few other strings.
A Federal Judgeship cost about $100,000 more.
Mr. Kass (The Tribune Columnist) lost his position with the Tribune shortly after the exposure and it appears that retrieval of his article is no longer possible.
Any attorney who bucks the system or who mentions the corruption can expect a visit from the Lawyer Disciplinary Commission.
If he or she persists suspension or disbarment is the penalty.
Such is the skinny on why you cannot find an attorney who is willing to stand up and address the FINANCIAL ELDER ABUSE.
On a personal note - shortly after the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission of the Supreme Court of Illinois targeted me, I received a telephone call from a client and friend who had very strong connections with the Democratic Party and the "outfit."
HIs message was short. I rejected his offer of assistance.
In the decade that followed hardly a day has gone by that I've not complained of the FINANCIAL ELDER ABUSE that is fueled by the corruption in the Court houses of the major cities by the Democratic Party fundraising.
The same cancer exists in New York, Los Angeles, et al.
This situation started at Tammey (sp) Hall Democratic organization in New York and now a cancer across America.
Like it or not - the sale of Judicial positions is a metastatic cancer that is at the heart of the problem.

So, it is all posted on official Courts' website by Judges themselves. Its open public information mandated by the law.

I received your email, thank you.
I am sorry for the abuse of power and wrongdoings that you, your mother and father have had to suffer. Families deserve better.
Together, we can make a profound difference and create a more just society where everyone can thrive. Such as a citizens hearing, where people can speak about the abuse they suffered, and sending an invite to the media.
A Me-Too moment can become a Me-Too movement, for those who are interested. Champions of We the People, and hold accountable and liable all our public servants.
I have never done this before but I am willing to do whatever is necessary and or if there's other people interested in exposing the judges' hardwire to corruption.
1. Activate change immediately. Every day that passes means more families, children and our seniors are subject to being held against their will just like hostages.
2. Expose criminal conduct by members of WA State's Judicial Branch. Naming the individuals who hold judicial office and commit these crimes.
3. Demand that our legislatures exercise their power provided by WA Constitution, Article 4, Section 9.
Therefore they are to prepare a "joint resolution" for the removal of the individuals named and for the reasons provided by citizens and that which can be obtained by the courts including all documents, audio and "offers of proof" contained or referenced in the materials found on the included documents.

Lastly, I am not simply sharing my information but I am exercising my civic duty to report crimes.
I have already reported all of the above, such as reported crimes to the appropriate body of authority and have been ignored, mistreated or not helped appropriately.Because I have not been able to find a lawyer for these matters, I have had to think outside the box.
Also, the objective is not only to deepen understanding, but also provoke, such a voter response that principle and opportunistic politicians in the mayoral, primary, and mid-term races are forced to demand full exposure, collective compensation, and transformative change.
The evidence is so specific that it builds trust in it and facilitates further investigation.
