It is perplexing, in particular, the continuity of the executions promoted by the false condominiums Comary Glebas, whose alleged "condominium constitution contract" and "convention statutes" and also the "registrations of the fictitious ideal fractions located and described as lots", products and evidence of crimes proven and confessed to the MP RJ have already been declared illegal by the Court of Justice of the State of Rio de Janeiro itself and by the Regional Federal Court of the 2nd Region, and which have no civil capacity, no procedural capacity, no civil registration as a legal entity under private law, no registration in the Real Estate Registry, no registration in the CNPJ and no bank accounts of their own, because THEY HAVE NO LEGAL EXISTENCE.
