This song grew from a best-effort review of public federal dockets involving matters assigned to, presided over by, or briefly handled by United States District Judge William F. Jung.
The identified cases involved condominium associations, homeowners’ associations, property-management companies, housing entities and related organizations.
The public docket inventory included matters involving Campus Advantage; Palma Sola Harbour; TLR Property Management and River Pointe Apartments; Five Palms; Solivita; Tudor Cay and Associa Gulf Coast; Parkside Villas; Middletown Property Management; THR Property Management, Invitation Homes and SRP Sub; Beacon Woods East; The Cove at Rocky Point; Bermuda Bay Beach; The Marina Club of Tampa; Summer Green; Aldea Mar; Bay Club; and Sailboat Square, which filed a verified claim in a civil-forfeiture proceeding associated with the Oasis litigation.

The legal distinction matters:
Assignment to a case does not establish a personal relationship, financial interest, conflict, favoritism, misconduct or liability. A docket is evidence that a case passed before a judge.
