Without entering into the merits of specific cases , what STANDS OUT to any impartial person is the pattern of INSTITUTIONAL PERSECUTION against lawyers who dare to denounce nullities and abuses of authority by judges and other public servants. 

These actors supposedly do everything to deny effective jurisdictional protection through artful manipulations, procedural frauds, the use of illicit evidence, lack of impartiality, and the restriction of defense through omission and commission. 

This constitutes procedural violence against litigants and their lawyers in various North American courts, primarily in foreclosures, guardianships, and Family Courts.

We have received many reports of supposed collusion between judges and lawyers of the stronger parties—banks and individuals with greater financial capacity to bear the high costs of judicial processes and the hefty legal fees of large firms.

The quantity of human rights and Due Process violations in U.S. Courts is truly worrying!
